Pointpack: Limited cooperation with DHL in stores of Żabka chain

DHL Parcel Polska intends to limit cooperation with Pointpack in the provision of services for the collection and delivery services in stores marked with the trade name "Żabka", Pointpack reported. According to the letter sent, DHL wants to start talks on the date and how to stop providing services by the company to DHL in the stores of the Żabka chain.

"At the same time, DHL has declared further cooperation with the company in the field of other retail outlets where the company provides services to DHL," the company said in a statement.

The Company estimates that the company’s revenues from the provision of services in the Żabka retail chain in 2024 may decrease by PLN 12 -16 million compared to 2023.

Pointpack offers IT solutions and service services for the commercial and courier industries in the area of the first and last mile of urban logistics. It provides courier companies with access to a large number of transceiver points through integration with retail chains, using cash register systems, cash registers and payment terminals. The company also integrates manufacturers of transceivers. Since 2018, it has been listed on the NewConnect market.
