BNP Paribas Real Estate to commercialize the Vipol Plaza office complex

BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland has been named exclusive leasing agent for the Vipol Plaza office complex in Warsaw’s Wola district. The project offers 20,000 sqm of space in three buildings. “We are pleased to commence cooperation aimed at leasing space in an office complex with so many positive qualities such as its very attractive location and diversity of the space available. Vipol Plaza is one of the first schemes in Warsaw to be offering pay-per-minute office space. We are certain that the space offered will quickly find tenants,” said Adrian Bojczuk, associate director of the office agency at BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland.
