Ciubotaru family purchases an office building in Bucharest

The family of doctors Andreea and Călin Ciubotaru, owners of Infosan, the only pediatric ophthalmology hospital in Romania, invested their earnings in real estate by purchasing the office building where the well-known Bolta Rece restaurant operates, near Charles de Gaulle Square in Bucharest.

In 2008, Bogdan Dănilă built an office building with a usable area of 1,440 sqm on the mezzanine, ground floor and 2 floors, where the Bolta Rece restaurant operates. The building, located on a plot of about 760 sqm in the Aviatorilor district, was divided into several halls where weddings, baptisms and festive meals were organized.

Recently, Dănilă put the building up for sale with a price of EUR 2.95 million and promoted it as suitable for a medical clinic. The building has now been bought by the family of doctors Ciubotaru.
