Expo Real 2017: Czech cities and regions for the first time at a joint exhibition

On 4 October, Munich will open its doors for Expo Real 2017, the 20th annual gathering of real estate professionals. Last year saw an attendance of 38,000 participants from 77 countries who presented their projects on an exhibition area of 64,000 sqm. This is why the Czech Republic cannot miss the opportunity to participate. This year it is ready to present itself for the very first time in the history of Expo Real at a joint exhibition CZECH REGIONS & CITIES, shared by City of Brno, City of Ostrava, South Moravian Region and Moravian-Silesian Region. Co-exhibiting general partners are Asental Group and Residomo. Co-exhibiting partners are AD Group, CASUA, Linkcity, PASSERINVEST GROUP, PRK Partners, Renomia, Technology Park Brno, UBM Bohemia Development, Association for Foreign Investment in the Czech Republic (AFI) and CzechInvest, investment and business development agency. The event for prospective investors and business partners takes place on the stand on Wednesday 4 October at 3 pm (stand No. 111, hall C1).

Aside from investment visions and projects, the cities and regions are also ready to present, in cooperation, a high level of support for innovation processes designed to help increase the competitiveness of these regions and the quality of life of their inhabitants. The joint exhibition covering an area of 142 m2 on two storeys is an ideal tool for implementing this intention. The Czech regions and municipalities attach outstanding importance to Expo Real, which is demonstrated by the attendance of their top-level representatives, such as majors, regional council presidents and their deputies at the event.
