Matexi to build resi project in Kraków

Matexi has secured a building permit for its new residential project, which will go up along Rogalskiego street in Kraków’s Wola Justowska area. Construction is scheduled to break ground in December. The scheme will offer 34 apartments with spacious balconies. Matik designed the project. This is the Belgian developer’s first residential scheme in Kraków. The company intends to build similar projects across the city in the future.
