Savills appointed property manager of Wrocław Business Garden

Savills has been appointed property manager of Wrocław Business Garden. Once it's completed, project will offer 117,000 sqm of office space in nine buildings with a shared garden and a separate ground-level restaurant pavilion. The property is located in the Fabryczna district, near PKP Mikołajów railway station and the Magnolia Park shopping center. The complex has been awarded a LEED certificate with a Platinum rating. The developer of the project is Vastint.
