Premier Energy completes the acquisition of CEZ Vânzare

Premier Energy completed the acquisition of CEZ Vânzare, thus the total portfolio of the Premier Energy group reaches 2.4 million customers. Thus, CEZ Sales becomes Premier Energy Supply. The transaction is about EUR 15 million.

Premier Energy is the third largest player in the profile market.

We are involved in the long-term distribution and supply of natural gas in Romania, as well as in production and supply of electricity from renewable sources. Therefore, the acquisition of CEZ Vânzare creates synergies in our group and completes our portfolio," says Jose Garza, CEO of Premier Energy.
