SIF Muntenia sells Best Western Bucovina hotel and Ariniș tourist inn in Gura Humorului

The shareholders of Casa de Bucovina - Club de Munte SA, the company that owns the Best Western Bucovina hotel in Gurra Humorului, were summoned to decide on the sale of the hotel, but also of the Ariniș tourist inn, for a minimum price equal to the RON equivalent of EUR 2,778. 500.

SIF Muntenia is the majority shareholder of the hotel, with a participation of 73.97 percent of the total shares. Last year, the company registered revenues from tourist services of RON 9.33 million.

The Best Western hotel is rated at four stars and has 220 accommodation places. The hotel, put into operation in 2002, also has a SPA and five conference rooms that can accommodate up to 400 participants.
