Six retailers take space at Tkalnia shopping center in Pabianice

Six tenants have signed leases at the Tkalnia shopping center in Pabianice, near Łódź, and will take 1,000 sqm in total when the 12,000 sqm center opens this spring. BOIG is responsible for the leasing. Tenants include Big Star, 4F, 50 Styles, Esotiq, Tatuum and Ryłko. The project is currently 97 percent leased. Tkalnia will include 40 retail units and parking for 230 vehicles. Awbud is overseeing construction. The investor is A&A.
