The Cetate Hotel in Alba Iulia, put up for sale again, at a lower price

The Cetate Hotel in Alba Iulia, owned by the company Aurelius the Emperor of the Romans, is up for sale again. This time, at a lower price. A year ago, the hotel was put up for sale at the price of EUR 6.5 million. At the end of January, the Aurelius Emperor of the Romans shareholders decided to sell the Cetate Hotel in Alba Iulia for EUR 4.7 million, to which VAT is added.

The two-star hotel is located right next to the Cetate park and near the Alba Carolina Citadel.

The owner of the hotel is the former footballer from Sibiu, Aurel Munteanu. The businessman also owns the Împaratul Romanilor hotels in Sibiu and the Aurelius Împaratul Romanilor hotels in Poiana Brașov.
