Adriean Videanu plans mixed-use scheme on 13 September street

Adriean Videanu, the former minister of economy in the Boc government period, has submitted project documentation to obtain a Zonal Urban Plan permission for a mixe-use real estate project. The planned residential and office project is located at the intersection of 13 September and Progresului streets. The project includes nine buildings, each with three underground floors and heights ranging from 12 storeys to a 120 meter, 35-storey highrise.
